Refund Policy

If you apply for individual membership through our website, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of the date of your application. If your membership application is not accepted, we will also refund your membership fee in full.

If you wish to request a refund within the 14-day period, please email exec@btla.org.uk with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Name]”.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
